2018年5月25日より、EUの一般データ保護規則(GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation)が施行されております。これにより、EU域内居住者の個人情報収集に関して、ブログをアクセスされた際に同意を得ることが必要となります。当ブログ(Insightful fx)は、英国に拠点を置いておりますので、GDPRに準拠し、ブログ訪問の際にCookiesの使用に承諾していただく必要があります。

Cookiesとは

当ブログに訪問された方が、ブログ内の記事やページを閲覧したという情報をその訪問者のパソコンなどネット接続が可能な機器内に記憶させる機能のことです。これを利用することにより、サイト閲覧回数や閲覧したページなどの情報を当ブログで取得することができます。なお、Cookiesを有効にした場合でも、訪問者個人を特定できる情報を取得することはできません。Cookiesを有効にして得られる情報は、Google AnalyticsとGoogle Search Console等を利用した当ブログへのアクセス分析や、アフィリエイトプログラムのために使われています。

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
